When you access or use wdboos, you agree to these terms of use. Our platform operates only in jurisdictions where online gaming and wagering are permitted by local law. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where access is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that their use complies with their local jurisdiction's law.
These terms outline the conditions under which we provide access to sports betting (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other markets), live-dealer casino tables, slot games, esports, and virtual sports. They cover account opening, deposits and withdrawals, bet settlement, dispute resolution, and your rights and responsibilities as a wdboos user. We do not control withdrawal processing times once funds leave our system; your destination bank determines final settlement.
We perform compliance checks on all withdrawals to prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance. If a withdrawal is flagged for manual review (for example, if the amount is unusually large or your account shows irregular activity patterns), we will contact you with additional information or documentation requests. This review does not indicate wrongdoing but rather a standard precaution. If your withdrawal is ultimately declined, we will return the full amount to your wdboos account.
Bet Placement and Settlement on wdboos
When you place a bet on wdboos—whether on a Liga 1 match, a live-dealer roulette spin, or a slot game—your account balance is immediately debited by your stake. Once the underlying event concludes and the outcome is final, our system evaluates your bet and settles it within seconds. Winning bets credit your account; losing bets remain debited. If odds shift between selection and confirmation, you will receive a notification allowing you to accept the new odds or cancel. Markets may be suspended or closed by us at any time, including if an underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or corrupted by technical issues. Bets placed in suspended markets are cancelled and stakes refunded.
Bonus Terms and Promotions on wdboos
wdboos may offer promotional bonuses or welcome offers to new or existing users. Any bonus is subject to specific conditions outlined at the time of offer, including minimum odds, wagering requirements, and eligibility restrictions. Bonuses are account credits only and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. If a user's account is closed or suspended, any unused bonus balance is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. If we detect fraudulent or abusive behavior—such as placing opposing bets to exploit a bonus—we will cancel the bonus, forfeit any related winnings, and may suspend the account.
Dispute Resolution and Our Responsibilities on wdboos
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, or if you have a complaint about your wdboos experience, contact our support team via the in-app chat or FAQ form. Provide as much detail as possible, including the date, time, market, and stake amount. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours. If our investigation confirms an error, we will correct the settlement and adjust your balance accordingly. If our investigation finds no error, we will explain the settlement rationale and the terms under which it was applied.

wdboos is not responsible for technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment-system failures beyond our control. If a technical failure prevents you from placing or withdrawing a bet, contact support immediately with evidence (screenshots, timestamps), and we will investigate and take appropriate action. If funds are lost due to our system error, we will reimburse your account in full.
Jurisdiction and Governing Terms on wdboos
Our services on wdboos are available only where local law permits. Users accept full responsibility for verifying that their use complies with their jurisdiction's law.
